Rick Van Eyk

Chief Executive Officer

Rick is a result driven business executive with nearly 20 years of progressive experience growing midstream businesses. He is a proven leader generating billions of dollars in transactions by managing high performing teams developing acquisition, construction, and operation of energy infrastructure.

Before forming Woodland Midstream III, he served as Chief Executive Officer and founder of Clear Creek Midstream. He served as vice president of business development and vice president of commercial crude at EnLink Midstream, where he established EnLink’s Permian crude pipeline business. Prior to EnLink, Rick held various roles of increasing responsibility at Occidental Petroleum. His last role was vice president of midstream strategic development, where he was one of two executives running Occidental’s Centurion Pipeline System. While at Occidental he also led the transformation of underperforming pipeline assets into a highly profitable business unit.

Rick is a director and co-founder of Hope Advocates, a non-profit organization in Fort Bend County Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California State University Fresno and an MBA from the University of California Irvine.
