RICHARD H. WRIGHT III

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Richard serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Woodland Midstream. Richard is highly passionate about the oil and gas industry and is driven to create value for WM colleagues, customers and stakeholders. Richard has over 15 years of midstream experience focused on organic growth projects, acquisitions and divestitures.  He successfully led Woodland Midstream I with his first step out as an entrepreneur.  Woodland Midstream I (formed in 2015) developed a sizable gas gathering and processing footprint in the Ark-La-Tex region which was successfully divested in 2018.  Prior to Woodland Midstream Richard served as a Sr. Director and Vice President of Gas Supply for several private midstream companies (Azure Midstream, Laser Midstream, and HESCO Gathering). Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.  Richard is an active member in several industry organizations and a volunteer throughout the local community.

DARIN Aucoin

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Darin is the Chief Commercial Officer at Woodland Midstream where he oversees all Commercial and Business Development activities. Darin has over 29 years in the energy industry with experience in midstream, marketing and producer services. Darin began his career with Mitchell Energy and then went on to El Paso Field Services, Anadarko, Copano and most recently with Caprock Midstream where he was a Founding Partner in January 2015 and remained at Caprock until December 2018 when Caprock sold their assets in the Delaware Basin for over $950MM. Darin has significant experience in asset acquisition and negotiating gathering, processing, and treating agreements. Darin enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time and has been the Chairman of a fishing tournament which has raised in excess of $2MM over the last 12 years for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Darin is a graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology.

DOUG COLEMAN

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Doug serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Woodland Midstream and has over 25 years of energy industry experience. Prior to joining Woodland Midstream, he was Vice President – New Ventures for  Prism Midstream where he led the development of the Bedrock Liquids Handling Facility and Vice President at Marlin Midstream where he led the construction of four gas processing plants and associated pipelines and gathering systems. Doug has also held various engineering, business development, commercial, finance and operations positions with Sid Richardson Gasoline Company, Union Pacific Resources and Midstates Petroleum. Doug is an active member of the Gas Processors Association and served on the Executive Committee and as Vice Chairman of the governing board. Doug holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and a MBA from SMU.

MATTHEW EAST

VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Mathew serves as the Vice President of Finance at Woodland Midstream, LLC. Prior to joining Woodland Midstream, he was an Associate at EIV Capital and an investment banking analyst at Lazard’s Oil & Gas Group and Deutsche Bank’s Natural Resources Group. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University. Matthew is an active Baylor alumnus and currently serves as an energy sector advisor to the Philip M. Dorr Alumni and Friends Endowed Investment Fund, a student run investment fund geared towards providing hands on learning and scholarship opportunities for Baylor students.

FELICIA BATTEN

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS

Felicia serves as the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Operations at Woodland Midstream. Felicia has over 17 years of professional leadership experience with 8 years of energy industry experience. Prior to joining Woodland Midstream, she held the position of Human Resource and Office Manager at Caprock Midstream. Felicia holds a A.A.S degree in Facilities Management from LSC.
